Automation - Making Your Life Easier
Lately more and more blind projects that I do are automated or motorized.
We are an authorized dealer for Somfy, "the largest blind motorization company in the world." Motors for power blinds, or automated blinds, are available in 12 volt, 24 volt and 110 volt strengths. At Market Street we design, supply, and install systems ranging from the simplest 12 Volt battery-powered blind to whole house hard wired or radio controlled systems.
All radio controlled motors are available with the My Link Hub and a free app. This allows you to control your blinds from your smart phone anywhere in the world. Please note that Somfy manufactures the motors and controls, not the blinds. The Blind Market deals with Canadian owned and made Elite Window Fashions, Canadian owned Altex / Sunproject, and Springs Window Fashions (USA - the Best Experience Company). In Canada, Springs is known as Graber.
